Hello BT VISION Am really starting to ask my self why a pay for a service but don't get it I pay a lot for And unbeliever i cant watch movies on demand coz connection is not good i was thinking after your upgrade in my area should be faster and BT On demand just not working good why i have to buy some movie if i cant watch that ????? I tape a minute from my tele to prove that and am just shock !!!!!!!!! I hope i get a good apology and some refund as well and finally is just wrong to transfer UK Customers to India the Guys have absolutely no idea what happens in the UK please . don't do this if i get i call from India I cancel my Contract ........ I can imagine why BT lose Customers i mean i am one of them as well
