hi abi82 I recently reveived a penalty charge notice in leeds from uk cps ltd. i wasnt the driver however I am waiting for all the threatening letters to arrive. I will be ignoring them too, so stay strong and don't pay. I have spent some time on here reading similar stories and I havent found anyone who has been taken to court by these [problematic]. Can you imagine if indeed they did take someone to court and lost. That would be the end of their sordid business as the media would have a field day and nobody would ever pay again. It is just not worth them taking you to court and losing so they will just try and bully you instead. They work on a percentages game. If a certain percentage pay, they make a worthwhile profit. Don't pay and stay strong !!

Hi Mark I am in a similar situation. I have just received a charge. This is profiteering at its worst by private companies. I am going to stick it out. We can expect letters and threats over the coming months, but it is worth making a stand. Thanks Mark14

I have received a 'Parking notice charge' from uk cps ltd. This is a private company. I am the registered keeper of the vehicle in question but was not the driver. The vehicle was parked on private land. I believe there may have been a notice stating that the charge was £60 to park, but this was not seen by the driver ! I have looked at the endless threads on the 'UKPC parking fine' thread. It looks as though I am in for the long haul regarding receiving endless threats and demands. I will stick it out and wait for my day in court, should it come to that. I will update this along the way. If anyone has had dealings or can offer any advice regarding uk cps ltd or my predicament, I would welcome any comments.
