    I received a very rapid reply re: my request for refumd of charges, but was usual garbage about them not agreeing with ruling etc. So I guess onto next stage, if they don't hear from me by 24th September thye'll assume I am happy. I think not!! Not sure which letter to send though. Good luck with your claim.

    Well I've just received list of all charges so here I go. I have been a customer of Lloyds for 27 years and they certainly have been getting away with it for too long. So here I go onto next stage of working out how much I've paid them so far!
