hi i have sent to my bank the two letters one request for repayment, and.had a offer but not for the full amount sent LBA letter with exter charges on that thay had added to my next statment it has been 21 days , had no replye not sure what to next . i think i shoud start courte action but not sure how to go about it eney advice i whould be gratfull.had a offer but it is onley my origenal charges and thatit is in full and final settlement of the mater magainst the bank dos that meanthat i can not clame for eney charges in the fucher that are set to my account thank you
