Would I be black listed and have trouble finding future credit if i ever needed any?

Hi I am new to this and I could do with some advice. I have read over the FAQ's so understand what I need to do, I just have a couple of queries. 1. I understand that the Halifax may close my account if i go ahead with the claim but will this black list me from opening accounts with other banks? 2. If I tell the bank I am going to take them to court when I don't get a response from them do I really have to follow through with it or can I back out after I have put that in writing? 3. I want to know what the worst case scenario would be - is it just the chance that my bank may close my account and I could be stuck with up to £250 court charges or is there more? 4. I have 2 seperate accounts with the halifax. Do i need to do 2 seperate claims? Any help would be appreciated as I have been stumped big time this month and they have cancelled one of the charges as a gesture of good will - Like they are doing me a favour!!!!

Hi I am new to this site and i am starting to look into what all this is about. I have just got charged £60.00 for going over my overdraft by £9.00 and I want to do something about it. This has happened numerous times and I am surely owed quite a lot of money. Can someone tell me what could be the worst case scenario to happen to me if i were to follow this through?
