i have been advsed today the council have made the baliff squash the fees but still dnt know if this can be pulled back they have had expenditure faxed to them from a debt management company who have also faxed details of a payment proposal and advised we have already made a first payment to them how long do i give them before i re contact, i still dont know what the balliff can charge when he comes back he's been made to squash them as he tried to get £240 min on the first call out charge he is registerd balliff and i am thinking of reproting him what shall i do is there anything else i can be doing this bloke wont beat me id normally crumble by now and find it some how but the way he behavied has disgusted me and when this is over im going for his job he should be sacked help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, council have contacted rossendales and advised charges must be squashed and that under no means is he allowed to attend on friday or any day in the next 2 weeks as on there sytems shows it has been put on hold the debt management company have faxed through expendiure and offers of paymnet to the council at 9am this morning but have said this has not been recived the company have re sent got fax recipts to say sent are they doing this on purpose what are my chances on this being pulled back so i can pay the debt to themselfs or im i gonna have to find the money and pay in full in the next 2 weeks, if i cant do this i have been told he is able to get warrent in my absence and break in and remove goods has no lists and does not even know what items belong to me if any and yes the car is parked but of sight in a car park near by till after hours should we say and gone again early morning, as the baliff is really ****ed of we are beating him at present and he has been told by his employer to stop harrasing us once again im scared he will do everything in his powers when he is able to return any thoughts or comments are greatly appreciated

Hi Finally Worked Out How To Use This, I Have Left My Old House Over 3.5yrs Ago And I Am Now Being Chased For Old C/t Debt Which I Knew Nothing About We Have Had This Put On Hold As Amounts Were Wrong As Was Being Charged For This Whilst Not Living There, The Balliff In Charge Has Advised This Is Now Up And Wil Attend N Friday For Pay In Full Or Removal Of Goods He Has Not Been In My Property And Has No List Of Items I Have Only Ever Spoken To Him On The Phone And Now Refuse To Do This Although I Have A Message To State He Will Call Tomorrow Regarding Wat Fees He Has Decided To Add I Have Asked For A Payment Plan And He Will Not Come To Any Agreement With Me We Have Gon Bac To The Council Who Have Advised Tokeep Trying As A Last Resort I Have Signed Into A Debt Management Plan And Started To Make Payments To Them And They Said Will Deal With Allmatters But They Have Today Been Advised By Balliff In Charge He Will Not Communicate With Them As Will Attend Friday And Just Remove If Funds Not Available, I Have Contacted The Council Regarding This And A Manager Is Making A Call Back Tomorrow Im Really Wantng Them To Say This Has Been Pulled As He Is Telling Allparties Diffrent Storys But I Know This Is Wishfull Thinking From What Iv Read Can He Gain Acess To My Property Or Get A Lock Smith , How Long Wil It Take For Him To Give U And Pass Back Very Confused Getting Ver Mad And Upset This Is Making Me Ill (why I Passed On To Third Party):(

this really pees me of i understand fully what this girl is going through and i am personally going through the same but why should (PEOPLE) ON BENEFITS get treated diffrently all balliffs should be playing a fair game throughout and this is what is needed to be put in to parliment my mates are on benefits get to pay debts back at a £5 pw rent and c/t paid they are laughing andalot better of than me

hi sory to jump in on your thread but i cant seem to add one on here and dont know why may be just a really stressfull day. i am having exactly the same problem as you, and really need help i feel as the my head is spinning, i moved house 3 and a half years ago and 2 wks ago recived a letter through teh door giving 24hrs notice this is the first i heard of this debt i knew the amounts were wrong and the council have reduced this to what they are saying is the correct amounts they then put this on hold and advised to try and come to arrangement with balliff, who might i add is pig ignorant and id love to go knocking on his door and as in all these posts states must pay in full in 24 hrs our 14 days is nearly up and been advised is coming for full pay on friday or he would seieze goods (has no list of goods never entered property can he do this) asked for full break down he states not made my mind up yet??? will let you know why all this has been happening i have signed into a debt repayment plan and they have made contact and he is now refusing to talk to them they have called today to advise he will attend friday i have contacted the council again and i am waiting for a call back but they have advised they put on hold for 30 days not 14 and he is not allowed to attend or call in this time all i want to do is get this paid but in instaulments i can afford we are in the process of trying to get the council to dictate to them or to pull this debt back which would be grate any advise would be very appreciated feel like im going round in circles just as i thought i was straight have offered rossendales a payment but they have refused this :-?:-?:-? why are they making things alot mre difficult than it needs to be
