    I bought a sony laptop from pc world business on 14.3.2008 for £813.47, the laptop now will not switch on. I have contacted pc world and they told me that they are not responsible under the sale of goods act as they are a reseller. Can some help with who i should write to regarding the failure of the laptop. cheers
