Sure. I have a credit agreement signed, so I have not much to worry about. If they have made error on their side, It's not my problem. After further guessing and discussion with my wife, we reckon that they lost the bit of paper, with the direct debit slip which allow them to set up a direct debit. Or they lost the contract all together... Just show how they handling documents though.

Recently I have bought a new pc from PC-world. I opted for the finance option with 10% deposit, which we went through and got accepted. We got the computer everybody happy. Now 6 weeks later the finance company sent me a letter saying that due to an administrative error, my credit application cannot be processed by their finance company. They say that they want me to call them to discuss the options or alternatively just pay the goods in full. This is sounds like a joke. isn't it? Any advice much appreciated. Thomas
