i am in exactly the same boat.... i have these payday loans coming out of my ears(seven to be precise), phone doesnt stop ringing...i have been enquirying about a debt management plan, is this a good option or should i go it alone and deal with them..!!some are threating for payments whilst others have passed the debt, some are not going through until a week or so... also the bank have told me i can only stop direct debits and the cannot stop money leaving my account through any other method like this chaps i heard someone mention where they can just come in and take it normally 3-4am on payday.? basic account seems to be the best option? some advice would be brilliant. thanks
