Hi all, New to the site but having read through many posts I thought I would post my problem ..... I have a 30 hours variable contract, meaning I am guaranteed 30 hours per week, however I can be asked to work upto 37 hours per week. I get paid time and a half for anything over 37 hours... However I have been working in excess of 37 hours a week often upto 41 hours a week, for over 18 months now. I have not been forced to do these hours, I have done them because the company needs extra work covered and like many I need the extra money. My question is am I entitled to a contract review to reflect this. Is there a set amount of time you have to do before you must be offered a contract review......Thats it basically, hope someone can help me with this.
