Hi, I've managed to get a hold of them. Apparently what happened was they went to take the payment from the wrong account which didnt have the funds available. I did actually call twice, once to confirm the account the payment was coming out of and again when it didnt come out of there. because all of the funds weren't there, they've been reapplying all over the place for whatever they can get hold of. I originally owed them £195, but now they've taken £269. There is a very nice lady who is looking into this now for me, I've got my debit card cancelled so that can't take any more from it and they're emailing me some details later apparently. Help!!! please!!!! I took out £150 from capital finance one in august and since then they have charged me £269 in varying amounts, usually £10, but up to 7 times in a single day!!! they just keep taking money off me and i cant afford it!! i've had to freeze my bank account but the bank are saying as i gave them my details they cant refund my money even if it was taken wrongly, i have to take it up with the company, but they arent answering the phones!! i've emailed that barry guy but so far no reply!! please please help!!
