Hello , I purchased a dell xps from England. After 1 year my warranty expired and I bought a new warranty . They claimed that the new warranty is international and I can get the warranty anywhere . Now I am in US and when I checked here , there is no warranty on the laptop. I checked with the UK people from whom I got the warranty extended , they told me that they are sorry , and they they will refund my money back . 1) How can they keep some customer money for 2 months and then return it back without me giving anything. 2) I paid to them through my international credit card . So I was charged 15 pounds extra . Who is responsible for this. I want to pursue this case forward. Is there any way I can get back to them and have them pay penalty or my warranty in US or any other means . Any pointers or help will be really appreciated .
