hi funkychick. i am also a client of global debt solutions and this week we received final demand letters from our creditors. rang them and i was told that the last payment that they have received was july 2009... though of course i have paid global aug 1 and sept1... so i rang 123 finance they said global will forward the money that was paid (sept1) but i said i want a refund but i was told to contact global instead... so i phoned global... phone is dead... contacted alex and mrs goddard's mobile numbers but both numbers are not ringing at all... do you have the number of alex so i can phone him coz i need refund for the august and sept payments that i made. thank you.
