Over a year ago now i put in a claim to the clydesdale bank to get my unfair bank charges back, I sent the appropriate letters in order to the bank and also sent copy's of it all the the financial umbodsman service, i have never heard anything back for a long while and never had an offer of money at all, Just wondering is this normal or am i doing something wrong here?
