hi my son was driving in heavy rain 2 years ago when he aquaplaned and hit another car , the police were called but said as my son was not speeding it was an unforyunate accident. My son informed the insurance company about the accident but we haven't heard anything since. His car was written off and since then he hasn't had another car ,he now needs a car for his job and when applying for insurance they ask for claim info which we don't know. can anyone help us
