i had a email i sent it to someone on here to look at but not heard anything back yet... i got a letter from go debt to contact them... not going to though....not sure what to do now..????

i am in the same positon... exept mine is 14yrs since i paid last.... i have never had a bill..they have not contacted me for the last 5 yrs.. when they did contact me they wanted 70 month, no way could we affored that..what do i do should i contact them? someone said if you make regular payments they will right off the bill...???

they just phoned again, but it was a recorded message to phone them...i hung up..

we are being harassed by go debt, we had a car back in 2002/3... we gave it back, yes cc said we will take it back as you have paid over half,and you will owe nothing else... go debt have been trying to get money out of us for the last 2 yrs or so...yesterday someone phone saying they was coming out with litigation papers. whatever thay are???? .. anyway he said he would email me the origianl contract first thing this morning then he would phone this afternoon ... no email yet.... no phone call yet....what do i do??

no security checks....i have paper work from when we brought the car.. i dont think we got anything when we gave it back.. will have to look..

what happens if and when they do issue court letters? when we took the car back 3 hour trip away,, we said right now you have the car and its all signed over to you, is that it we owe nothing now, he said yes thats it you owe nothing.. so i dont know where any of this has come from?..

yes we showed them the paper work, they just phoned, and i said i did not want to speak on the phone and to put anything in writing..hung up.. he phoned straight back and said that was rude wasnt it! he said right i am sending someone round to the house. i said good the police will be waiting.. he said fine phone them now if you want... he also said we will get our money..
