Hi, Any advice on the below would be appreciated. I was working down south and have left my job a few months ago to temporarily move back with my mother in the Midlands. I am presently claiming Jobseeker's Allowance, I do not have savings greater than £16k (although my mother does). Can I claim second adult rebate/council tax benefit? Can my mother - she is 80 and draws a state pension. Thanks in advance, Paul
