Hi, I have recently recieved my 4 years worth of statements and have a total charges to the amount of £1180 . Ready to move on to phase 2...?? do i need to include a breakdown of all the charges along with my second letter?? if so how should it be set out (just a simple excel spreadsheet?) Thanks ash

hello, my name is ashley and im well on the way to hopefully recieving my bank charges back. I have sent my letter re: Discrimination act requesting my statements and charges... within 2 weeks I recieved a letter from HSBC saying they are processing my query and i would recieve my 4 years worth of statements shortly, they also refunded my fee of £10. i have so far recieved 16 letters once i have a total i will be ready to send my next letter requesting the money to be refunded! All looking promising!! Any advise from anyone already dealing with HSBC?? Ash
