Just wondered how you got on with your M&S claim? Ive just had first letter back from them saying no - not even a gesture of goodwill offer which seems to be the norm for other cards. Would be interesting to know how successful you were before I go to second stage letter........ Thanks

Hi all I'm new so bear with me! I have recently sent first letter to M&SFS and have received a letter back outling their position referring me to terms and conditions and basically saying they regret they are not prepared to make a refund or provide any compensations payments. Not even a goodwill offer!! Their letter was from Sharon Williams in Customer Relations. Before I go to the next stage would like to know if anyone else has any experience of claiming back charges with Marks and Sparks. Thank you
