Hi all I have been with this service provider for the last one year since i have moved into this house. but the electricity meter has not moved a single point even though i have been using power and everything. after complainignn my provider for 10 odd times finally they are coming to sort it. my query how can someone estimate the amount of electricity i ahve used over the year witout an actual meter reading. do they normally have a back reader or something to that effect.
