I have just sent my DPA to the Ulster bank (6/6/06) and await their reply with some interest. Just happy to be able to do something. (They do not like it up 'em!) -
Posted my DPA letter on 6/6/06, will keep you posted on how I get on. Is anyone else in the same position with the Ulster Bank NI Jeremy:-|

I'm just starting my claim against the Ulster bank which has treated me shamefully over the last couple of years and displayed an arrogance that I have found very distasteful. I had thought that I had no choice but to accept these bullying tactics, but the very thought that there is something that I can do has given me no end of hope!. Jeremy:)
