Yes that's me parked on the grass. The only sign that says anything is "A penalty Charge may be incurred if the regulations are contravened" No mention of what said regulations actually are or any way of finding them out.

Hi, Somewhat amazed to get this PCN yesterday at Rhyl in a council car park. Is this the sort of thing that I should appeal? There is no doubt there is a scanty line marking, which forms a "T" Thanks for any advice.
