Hi all, I took out a mobile contract with Vodafone on the 16th june 2009. On my first bill they charged me 100 GBP for a deposit on the contract. As it was refundable after 6 months i decided it was fair and paid them the amount due. Just recently i got a letter dated 20th july 2009 stating that i had agreed to extend my contract by six months. I did not ask for this. What re-course do i have available to me?
