Hi, had a charging order put against my house from northern rock. Just wondering if I could go down the CCA route or is it to late?

On the credit agreement does it make a difference if the bank signed it first or the person applying for the loan/credit card?

Hi, try sending them a letter requesting cca this might help you get the repayment down further, if they cant provide you with a enforceable agreement.

What they put in the letter was that they could only provide me with what I had agreed to online, but yet again they cant provide me with a tick in the box to say I had agreed to it.

Just received a response from Lloyd's TSB regarding my CCa request. They sent me a copy of the agreement but the last page was missing. They told me that i didn't need that cause it was an electronic signature. Is this true as I doubt it very much?

Hi, It was taken out online about 3 years ago. I sent them a letter back asking about the last page and they said thats all they've got.

No the dates dont match but ive thrown most of the statments away ony got about 4 and none match up.

Hi, i'm new to posting on this site but have spent many hours reading through the different posts. Had a response from Lloyds regarding Subject Access Request, I have found some old statments that I have which dont match up to what they have given me. Has anyone got any advice please?
