Hi i sent a letter to my bank (the natwest) requesting my bank charges back today i have recieved a letter from them stating that they acknowledge receipt of my complaint but basically are going to do nothing as they think that the charges are fair also they state that they have registered and stored my complaint and will deal with it when their key legal issues have been resolved (what ever that means) it also says that if i take it to court they will apply for an order to stay the action until resolution of the banks proceedings with the OFT they also state that they have asked the courts not to hear any more cases untill this happens. I am now really confused as to what to do next as i dont want the bank to think that they have won and that i am going to leave it has anyone else recieved a similar letter or does anyone have advice on what i should do now :-?:-?:-?
