I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little concerned - I've had a quick search on yours and my favourite search engine and found nothing about a profukure [problem] - but what the hell. Feck em'.... Keep the thread alive though, will be interesting to see what the final outcome is!
  3. Update - I've just found the login details to my account and cancelled! I was sure I had done this previously, a long time ago!!! I will be sending the "prove it" letter by email tonight unless anyone shouts "Noooooo" on the forum
  4. has anyone had a response from the "prove it" letter? I amk considering send a copy by email (they dont have my new address and I want to keep it that way) however, by sending them an email I am proving that the email address is still valid - catch 22. Any thoughts? I wish I could just stick it in the bin and forget about it, but with an excellent credit record I could really do without some bunch of money grabbing 8astards ruining it.
  5. Hi all, I too have received the second email demanding payment within 14 days. I thought I had cancelled the subscription (I might be wrong), my card had expired AND I have moved! I could bow to their demands and pay the money to protect my credit record... this does afterall seem legit. Or is it?! Please help....
