  1. I stumbled across this thread and found it very interesting.I am trying to understand more about the 'Total Charge for Credit' and its overall status within enforceability. I would welcome views on my Lloyds TSB loan CCA below which does not contain any reference at all to any 'Total Charge for Credit' (it just identifies the amount of the loan, monthly repayment figure and percentage, and APR). In particular, with regard to whether or not is likely to be fully enforceable? http://s873.photobucket.com/albums/a...nt=CCAs001.jpghttp://s873.photobucket.com/albums/a...=CCAs003-1.jpghttp://s873.photobucket.com/albums/a...nt=CCAs002.jpgAny thoughts / advice would be greatly appreciated.Zondervan
  2. Thanks very much for your very detailed reply, Lilly White. It is extremely helpful, and I really appreciate your assistance.
  3. It gives the the sum borrowed figure, and the monthly repayment figure. It also identifies the relevant APR figure. However, it does not identify either the total amount figure for credit or the total sum payable. Does it have to? Zondervan
  4. I would welcome views on the Lloyds TSB loan CCA below. In particular with regard to whether or not is likely to be fully enforceable? It dates from 2004, and states that the agreement is non-cancellable (normally there is a brief cancellation period). However, this may be because it was signed for by me at my local bank branch. http://s873.photobucket.com/albums/a...nt=CCAs001.jpg http://s873.photobucket.com/albums/a...=CCAs003-1.jpg http://s873.photobucket.com/albums/a...nt=CCAs002.jpg The agreement doesn't appear to state the total charge for credit in figures, as a fixed term loan normally should. Any thoughts? Zondervan
