in relation to 'my account'. Please could someone let me know my next steps? I didn't even write to them requesting it, that is my next step to various creditors, but they had called me and I said that I don't recall the debt so would appreciate them sending me paperwork on it, so I can review. After a lot of 'why don't you just borrow the money to make a payment etc etc', and me reiterating that I need proof of the debt before I do any of that, they hung up saying they would be in touch. About 2/3 weeks later I received the letter saying that they couldn't get the credit agreement. I'll try attaching the letter... I think I have done it? Anyway, any advice on the next steps would be most appreciative. Thanks in advance. Binky
