Thanks for your help.I have allready sent a prelim letter and details of claim. These were met by a standard 'we are sorry' letter as you predicted, the letter also stated that they did not agree with the OFT and were not prepared to enter in to any more communication. so it looks like County Court. I have downloaded the forms you recomend. I will now study the forums to help me proceed. Thanks again.

Can anybody help. I have a Lloyds/TSB account and a Lloyds credit card account. I have deliberatly left my Lloyds bank account over my limit because as soon as I bring it under my limit or put it back in the black lloyds take out money to pay my Lloyds credit card which is the subject of a voluntary arrangement which I have through a debt help company. This immediately puts me back in the red or over my limit. It appears to be a vicious circle which I need to break.

Well Done Viv16. I have just received my first letter from Ms Musarat Siddique,in which she says that they(lloyds tsb) do not agree with OFT and are still 'talking it through with them' and that the refusal they have made represents the banks 'Final response'. They also deny that the OFT guidelines only concern Default Charges not the fees they charge for going over overdraft limits etc. So it looks as though I will have to get tuff.

Hello to the group and every body out there. Here I go to start my claim against Lloyds /TSB. The first letter will be sent this week on 21st July> I will keep you all posted as to the results.
