Added all images to PhotoBucket now, thanks again in advance.

Hi There, I sent a CCA request off to Barclaycard on the 22nd June and received the attached documents back from them. Looking through these they have only sent me the T's &C's, I'd really like to move this one forward, but after spending ages reading on here, I'm still not too sure how to progress from here onwards. If anyone would be willing to let me know what I'm in for on going down this route as well, I'd really appreciate it, as my gut is telling me that they don't posses a signed copy, but I really don't know what to expect going forward, and what my chances are on this one. It sounds like some people on here have been going through hell, so I really don't know whether to progress this one or not? When I get a more financially stable I would like to purchase the books recommended on these forums, but right now this isn't really an option. Any help on this one would be greatly appreciated.
