I've just seen the correspondence about Marbles and the sky high interest rates etc. My query is: I had a Marbles Card and I'm not sure how much I owe on it because they don't send me accounts any more. I haven't heard a thing from them for at least a year. (I got a piece of plastic some time back from Beneficial Finance, but nothing else.) Suddenly today though I noticed they are still taking a fair old monthly sum on a direct debit... Ok, I've been lazy, and I most likely do owe them money, but don't they have an obligation to tell me about what they are doing and how much I owe? Before contacting them I'd like to know the rights and wrongs of what's going on if possible! Any help? dos
