Hi, yeah I have had exactly the same problem as the post above. i now have a county court judgement and am wondering the next plan of attack. Has anyone tried a third party debt order or know about these? I'm not sure what the claims must be to take it to the civil courts but there seem to be enough people in similar situations that we mus be able to do something about it. I will try looking into civil court claims.
