Hi there I am currently going through a dispute with my local car company who sold me PPI as part of car loan. I wrote to them with regards to a mis sell and they wrote back saying it was not so i went to the FOS and after a long wait i got a letter from the adjudicator saying they are upholding my complaint and wrote to the car company stating they should pay me back my money + 8% and compensation however they did not reply back to them so it is now going to the ombudsman for a review. if they also find in my favour and the car company does not respone what happens after that. do i have to go to court to get my money?

Hi I was wondering if someone can help me. I took out a car loan with Black horseltd 3 years ago and was sold the loan and PPI by the company that sold me the car (local car dealer) who told me that i had to take it out or i was not likely to get the loan. I was not advised if i was already had insurance cover then i would not need it. I am a policeman and as a result i am well covered via them for insurance. The PPI was added in full to my loan at the time of taking out. I wrote to black horse ltd to claim for a mis sell who have wrote back stating that cause they did not sell the loan and it was the car company (3rd party broker) that sold it my issue is with them and not black horse. Black horse have stated they have sent my complaint to the local car dealer to investigate and they should respone directly. can anyone give me advise on how to progress from here. thanks in advance
