False alarm with the Intercredit International lot, thats all sorted but still worried about HSBC.!!!

Oh Joy of joys, I now have a company called Intercredit International chasing me......... Has anyone had any dealings with them.??

To be honest it was that long ago I really can't remember and I don't think I have anything left from their either........

Another silly question.... If it is enforcable in UK will I then be able to add it to my IVA.??? This is a nightmare...........

The thing I am most worried about is the fact that HSBC are a global brand with branches in the UK obviously.... will that affect the reciprocal agreement thing.???

Has anyone got any idea.??? Or where would I be able to find out.??? Thanks

Hi, I have a very big problem that is causing a lot of anguish in my home and I really hope somebody knows the answer. I worked in Bahrain for a few months and had an account with HSBC there. I took out 2 credit cards and an overdraft as I had to make ends meet and get myself set up before my salary was all sorted. The job all went horribly wrong and I returned home to the UK without paying alot of it back. This was meant to be our big chance to get sorted and have a happy debt free life. I have been home for approx 18mths, times have been very hard and my wife and I have just been accepted on an IVA. We thought this was us sorted then I got an email from my ex employer stating that HSBC were chasing me for the debt and they would be forced to give them my details. What I would like to know is this debt enforceable in the UK.?? I'm not proud that I have run away from this debt and I have tried to do the right thing in the UK with the IVA (I could have gone bankrupt and as I have no assets it would have been easier for me.) I have no way at all of paying it, I am in a panic and don't know what to do..... please can someone offer some advice.??? Thanks in advance.... John
