Hi After a bit of advice before i set the ball rolling Basically, 2 months after i purchased a BRAND NEW nissan X-trail from a Nissan Dealership. The paintwork around the fuel filler has blemished and dulled across the whole rear panel. I am not a expert, but everyone who has seen it reckons it is a botched repair. i have taken pictures, sent letters, had my calls logged with nissan warranty and still nothing has happened since it was reported in beginning of MAY 2009. any suggestions as to next move....solicitor? already have case number with trading standards. regards bob:x
