Ok, Put in my Claim yesterday, count down for Abbey to reply, hoperfully they won't and i get my money back no problems

Hi Abbey have sent a letter refusing to remove the default - not sure what to do already sent the rejection letter!! any help will be most appreciated, have to file my claim in a few days

Also since my claim, abbey have kept charging me for being overdrawn, how do i add this new amount to my claim?

Thankyou davenport, i sent the letter that day and still have heard no reply, so onto the money claim, i have read the particulars but would like a bit of advice if anyone can help, bit worried about how i go about claiming. i do not hav a credit/debit card so i have to go the court and do it over the counter how much does this cost, is the claim form still the same? thankou in advance

Ok, Just recieved a letter from abbey basically saying sorry and they will investigate my complaint and will write to me in four weeks time. Not good enough! I would like to know if i should amend the LBA to take into account their reply, on the LBA it mentions not replying :-| thanks Miss Spent
