Hi I soz to intrude on ur thread but I just wanted to tell u that c/m uk are genuinne I spoke to the manager today who has explained that they have been having problems with their legall team ( tate lloyds) whom they have no dealings with now I sent my paper work for a second time last week the manager of c/m reassured me that they would be in touch with me in 12 days with some news if you were to read all pages of this thread you will get alot of info for contacting c/m uk and what to do if you want to complain I was so annoyed with c/m uk afew weeks back that I actually went to the BBC watchdog and made an official complaint if ur srtill not satisfied maybe thasts something u cud do I would like to state though I have told c/m that this is there only chance semming as it was the legal team that werte at fault not c/m if I do not get a possitive result by 30 june I shall be taking serious steps against c/m

Hi all I have just been talking ti c/m they have informed me that they are sending me authorisations papers in the post today I should sign and return them ASAP they are going to retrive my file from tate lloyd and within 12 days they sre going to ask my creditors to provide them with the credit agreement after which they should be able to eradicate my debt sio I am giving them the benefit of doubt I told the guy I spoke to that I had been approached by the BBC and if they don't have a result by the end of the month then I will be talking to them. This guy reassured me that they were not to blame as Tate Lloyd were giving wrong advice not able to keep up with the work load . He also told me that c/m having been doing this work for 11 yrs and this is the first time they have had such a problem I'm still in doubt but I'm giving them a chance it can't get any worse if it does I can always get the payment back as I payed by credit card minus the admin fee. I spoke direct to the manager today he has told me that c/m uk are not trading with tatellyod anymore he was very appolagetis I was told that they had recieved the paper work from me and they should be in touch with me after 12 working days hope fully with good news maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel

To all who have been affected by claim management uk I have just submitted a complain to BBC watchdog to see if they can investigate c/m uk and help us I request to all those affected to do the same the more complains that they recieve the quicker they might respond thats all thankyou

Hi ur not the only person in this situation keep trying phone email even lwetters im in same situation as u can give u a number u may b able to speak to someone the number is 07501465010 customer service 08450706926 these are the only numbers i have but dont hold ur breath i am thinking more on the lines of how to get my money back from c/m

hi just want to say if you follow the advice and help u get here you might get somewhere im still waiting for a decision but contacting watch dog is one of the best things ive heard by far we all might get seen to sooner then again knowing c/m proberbly not but if you know how to get it on to watch dog im up for it they do need sorting and im sure afew others who use this site will agree to it

thanx When I phoned and told them of this agreement they said legislations had changed thats why it was taken longer to clear the debts personally Im beginning to think it is a load of s**t

The amount involved is just over 6k they only have false work dates and the statement that my ex gave under caution he never denied working but we are debating the fact that he had no income from this also the false dates that have been provided there is no official contact details for anyone to be contacted and dates and amounts and other information has been alterd after the letter was printed we tried approaching this company for a more detailed report on the letter that had been provided by them but guess what the company gad closed down this was over a year ago the letter the dss have is anything but reliable other than that they have nothing

Im Currently In A Similar Situation My Name Has Been Cleared But My Ex Hasnt We Were Entitled To The Benefits At The Time Although He Did Attend His Work Place Whilst On Benefit He Even Did The Odd Job But He Never Had Any Income From This He Was Only Helping A Friend We Told All This To The Officer When He Interviwed Him Under Caution Then This So Called Friend Decided To Provide The Dss With False Dates For My Ex To Be Working This Friend Got So Carried Away With Providing This Info That Ge Forgiot That My Exs Mum Passed Away On One Of The Dates He Had Down As Working Even Though We Provided All This Info To The Dss They Still Took Him To Court Hes Had Two Dates Adjourned And Is Due To Go On The 27 May What Are His Chances Of Being Cleared Of This Allegation And Walking Away The Funny Side Is That My Ex In The 25 Yrs That He Worked Paid All His Taxes And Ni Contributions And This Was The First Time In His Life That He Claimed Any Kind Of Benefit What Is The Worst That Could Happen To Him
