I spoke to consumer direct who have told me to write to c/m uk telling them that they are in breach of contract as they told me it would take 28 days and it taken longer and that they have got 10 days to resolve the situation the guy i spoke to is sending me a template letter to send so will post it when i get it.Also that because i paid c/m uk and not t/l it is c/m that are breaching there contract i don't really have a contract with them as they haven't had a payment from me

I started with claim management uk who put me through to city legal solutions which the became tate lloyd.Who r u with.

I also got a call from C/M today after emailing and threatening the with trading standards they have offered to transfer my claim over so may aswell i hope . Gonna try and catch up my payments and see what happens i'm no worse of then before i started well except for late payment fees etc.C/M told me that tate lloyd should never told me not to make any payments whilst it was going through and they would never advise that but to either make your minimum payment or a token gesture just to keep the creditors off your back:rolleyes:

what a surprise the number for t/l now is just a deadline i really wish i stuck to my instincts when i thought it was to good to be true so glad i didn't max my cards out as i was advised to do by c/m,but thought i better not incase it fell through and didn't want to be in more debt than i was but still am with all the late payment fees etc

Hi 1 of the default notices was dated 08/05/09 but rang today and paid some off was told i had 21 days so i have a further 11 days to pay rest the other was dated 13/05/08 i wish i had ignored the letter saying don't make payments and just carried on paying the minimum payment till it was or should i say if it is ever sorted:rolleyes:

Hi i am using tate lloyd for debt elimination which has been going on since feb09 but still not recieved my final affidavit i have recieved 2 default notices which i have 17 days to respond to i didn't know whether to make a nominal payment to them just to stop the default can you give me any advice it would be much aprieciated thanks

Hi have just read all treads and am now very worried i started this procedure in feb and still no end in sight am thinking of ringing my creditors and making small payments as they are threatening defaults also does anyone have the email addy for tate lloyd as i started my claim with city legal solutions which then became tate lloyd and the email addy i had doesn't work
