Where do I send my CCA request letter to?

I have a loan with Lloyds taken out in Jan 2007 for 20k, unsecured. What are my first steps to finding out if its unenforceable? Should I go through solicitors? Can I get a stencil letter for the agreement request? Help !!! Much appreciated!

Didnt take any protection, is their a standard letter i can send to them?

I took a loan out with Lloyds in January 2007, 20k. There is approximately 9k outstanding, I dont think I have a copy of the agreement. What steps should I take? Do i simply contact one of these solicitor firms who will do the work for me? All help much appreciated!

I have a loan with Lloyds which was taken out in Jan 07 for 20k, approx 10k remaining, can this be classed as unenforceable? If so, how do I proceed?
