  1. Hello SPW78. This is all new to me, surely you would expect CMUK to contact each and every one of us directly concerned, as basically our contract lies with them, it is them who have taken the money from us. I would be keen to know if this new "Legal Team" are actually "Bone Fide" solicitors, and not another couple of pretenders. Ive had an e mail this morning regarding this whole matter and the BBC are interested in this whole story, I have agreed to co-operate with them fully. If I were Natasha Tate or Geoff Lloyd, I'd be quite concerned just now, I hear Jail is a cold lonely place. Hope your new system works, myself im going to contact my credit card company and report it as a [problem], and try and claim back my £275 that way, and just put this whole mess down to being naive whilst struggling financially. Good Luck anyway, fingers crossed for you
  2. Im in the same boat as all of you, I paid Claim Mgmt UK £275, and this has been going on since Feb, its now June, they quoted me the usual 28 day sh!te, and I cannot get hold of either of them, it appears Tate Lloyd have gone off the radar, Natasha Lloyd whose mobile number is or was 07837 700821, just lets the phone ring until the answerphone message comes up, Geoff or Jeff Tate however you spell his first name resigned early on as his @rse must have been twitching at the prospect of a lengthy jail term for fraud, Natasha Tate was probably Caroline 2009 who did her level best to try and bum up the T/L company, so instead of doing what she had been paid for, she obviously just sat replying to this forum, whilst banking the £95 out of each potential claim, There must be hundreds if not thousands of vulnerable may I say desperate people who have been sucker punched by this "[problem]" me included. I have a mate who is a journalist on one of the major daily papers who also has friends working on the big tabloids, and I'm giving him all the information on this details, he is mega interested in reporting this, and hopefully if we then lobby "Watchdog" and "Rogue Traders" then maybe we can get these people where they belong "Behind Bars preferably on section 47" with all the other filth that prey on normal human beings
  3. GriffC I'm sorry to hear that, hope you can come to some arrangement with them. Has anyone except Natasha Tate, er sorry Caroline 2009 had their cards cleared or is it clearly a [problem].
  4. Hello Everyone. I recently took part, in an online thread regarding credit card eradication and a particular company whose initials are "TL". I allowed this company to try and clear off 3 current credit card debts, Fortunately for me I have continued to pay the monthly payments where as some of the other contributors have not, this has apparantly left them with late payment defaults on their credit files, which I believe will hinder any future Credit applications. I also read with interest the comments posted by Caroline 2009, who states that she has had two credit cards cleared. Anyway I need some advice. If I continue to pay my monthly payments even though I have , or correction TL have issued the same company with a sworn affidavit, basically saying that I beleive the account to be in dispute, then can the credit card company, close my account and demand outstanding balances in full? Does anyone know exactly what the sworn affidavits are actually asking the credit card companies for, and to what ends, is it the case that if a credit card company cannot , say for example produce the original signed agreement, then that agreement becomes null and void, and hence the debt becomes unenforceable and becomes a cleared debt? Or are they asking for a number of copies of relevent documents and if they all cant be provided then again the debt is non enforceable and becomes null and void? I currently have a clean credit report and above all else wish for it to stay that way. Have I been led up the garden path by both the cmuk and tl and paid £275 for the privelege? Finally does anyone know of one instance, and can prove that by actual credit card letters or confirmations that all outstanding monies have been cleared by adopting this type of procedure. Finally and this is the actual prompt for posting this thread, I have once again tried to contact TL on 01792 466792, also Natasha T on 07837700821, and finally cmuk and guess what, all numbers are unobtainable by one means or another. Replies will be appreciated
  5. I have recently signed and sent back my final affidavits, I agree it has taken some time. However, I still have confidence that I am not being scammed and think maybe you are panicking too soon. I panicked at first, but then after reading all of the threads, realised that if everyone is ringing TL, then of course they are going to get back logged. If you want answers, then ring CM UK for them. I did and have got through to them everytime. It is them you have contracted to do the process for you, not TL. I have been satisifed that things are moving foward, all be it at a slow pace. At the beginning of this thread I said I would let you know if my debts have been cleared and still will. I have been told I will receive a final letter within a week or so. I only have letters and calls from 1 company now, some have threatened defaults, but I have just informed them that the account is in dispute and since have had no further phone calls from most of the creditors. It was CM UK that informed me that it would take 28 days, when I asked TL they said it could take longer and not rely on 28 days. I'll just have to wait and see won't I. I'm with you, I'm in the same situation, Ive paid for a service and will wait and see what the outcome is. I will also sing their praises if the outcome is to my advantage, be they solicitors or not. Fingers Crossed
  6. Hello everyone. I began to look up Tate Lloyd on line and came across this thread. I too was contacted by claim management uk, by a guy named Edit, Edit explained how my credit cards could be eradicated and after just getting divorced myself, it seemed like an ideal opportunity to clear my debts. I have paid the fee of £275 on one of my credit cards directly to a girl named Edit at Edit. I was duly contacted by Tate Lloyd within a few days, and I have had three affidavits sworn, and returned the same to tate Lloyd. Since then I have heard nothing. Granted the "28Day" period as quoted by Claim Management hasnt passed yet, but Im getting a sinking feeling after reading all your responses, that maybe this isnt going to work. One of the other posters sent a thread saying that Mint had closed his account, does that mean that he is now liable to pay his outstanding balance in full? Also I was under the impression that Tate Lloyd would deal with the respective credit card companys once the affidavits had been forwarded, Caroline is this the case? Can anyone tell me exactly what the sequence of events are supposed to be. Am I going to get people from the credit card companies contacting me and threatening to destroy my credit worthiness, and if so what should be my response? I am going to let this progress as I have paid my fee, to Edit who in turn have passed my details on to Tate Lloyd. I was concerned that on the three occaisions that I have tried to contact Tate Lloyd, that all three messages are still awaiting replies as promised on their answerphone system. I am looking forward to any replys Thanks
