The preliminary approah letter says I enclose a schedule of the charges which I am claiming with this letter what is that just a list of the charges they have made? thanks in advance

im claiming a little bit back - usually im careful enough to avoid getting charged in the firts place so this is all i have to claim, its not a lot but im desperate for cash at the moment £25 late fee on Halifax credit card £39 fee for cheque bouncing on my old Halifax current account £39 fee for direct debit not clearing on my Halifax current account can i just send one letter asking for all of them back or do i have to send one for each account? thanks

cheers for help in advance are charges for missing payment on a credit card counted in these illegal payments? if they are how do i find the account number to put on the leter asking for a list of charges? all my card has on it is expiry date, valid from date and the card number finally im in a student house now but all my cards are still registered at my parents address cause i dont want the fuss of switching them all around every year so i just get statements and that whe ni visit them, do i need to use this address on the letter asking for a list of charges or can i use my student house address? thanks very much mike
