Thankyou everyone. This site is soooo good I think without it I would have gone insane.I will now print out my complaint to OFT and hope it goes some way to getting these leaches of my skin.

Thankyou have already done this a few weeks ago. niether company seem to have any sense at all they seem to ignore the rules altogether.

hi all, i've been following advise on this site for a while. i'm batteling with crapot and lowlife. so far i've done cca's follow on letters when they ran out of time, now i have a letter from crapot giving me 14 days to set up a payment plan and a letter from lowlife offering a lesser payment. they are here to help me. ha ha. can anyone suggest my next move before i go completely insane with all this. thankyou in advance.

hi i,m new to this site have been following advise i sent this letter a couple of weeks back and have since recieved an application form and statements of accounts , fiqures dont match cabots. and a letter hereby giving notice of assignment to cabot. this is all well after the time limits set. where do i go now please.
