Just trying to do a job?

Great site, dudes. Some very, very good advice you're giving. I've been pestered by these morons for nearly four years now for a debt going back to 2001. I have ignored each and every one of their letters and never, ever contacted them. Have Lowell actually ever taken anyone to court? They seem to threaten it a lot in their letters but they seem ever so reluctant to take that final step and actually pursue their spurious claims in front of a judge. Like many others have said, they're just a bunch of bullying a'holes who need to be driven very firmly into the ground, never to be seen again.
