Gram1 that's really good news. I'm with Halifax too, have been considering going down the hardship route for a while now but have decided enough is enough since I ended up with £70 charges for a DD they failed twice in 2 days that was only actually for £72 - I had to pay the DD which I already didn't have the money for AND the charges...nice! I'm not sure if this makes much difference but I'm currently living with the parents, rent free, as I can't afford rent - I hope that doesnt make a difference to "them" and I'm also self employed - I've earned very little for a few months now but my income is about to go up, I don't really want them to say "oh well you've got money now" when the principal still stands that when I didn't they did nothing to help. Gram1 did you use standard letters? I'm not really au fait with these sheets you speak of Oh...and "hello" (new to the forum and that)
