Thanks, i doubt the charges will wipe the balance, my credit file is very poor now. I should do the subject access requests then?

Hi folks I am unsure about wether i need to ask for a cca? I have credit cards with Halifax,Barclayard and Egg, had a sizeable drop in income a few years ago, i still managed the repayments until a almost a couple of years ago,got default notices and have been paying reduced amounts via cccs since.I had ppi with halifax/barclaycard and have had many charges for late payment etc.. Halifax were the most problematic still added late payment charges and interest etc I've had the halifax card and barlcayard for around 15years, the egg card for 7. Capquest have the egg account. Should i be trying to reclaim charges instead of asking for CCA?? Unsure what to do as i have been dealing with CCCS?
