Mine was done through the phone as well. never talked to anyone face to face.

On May 2008 i got a loan from A&L for 6K. now i cant recall signing an agreement (silly i know) for the PPI but it is still coming off and i dont even want it, i never wanted it in the first place as i know its not worth the paper its wrote on. Total amount payable for the PPI is £451.68. Can i challenge them? I believe they were fined for misselling PPI' for £7m? Any help is Appreciated. Regards Ian
