Hi, I have just received a parking notice from the council apparently it was for code 23j: parked in a parking place or area not designated for the class of vehicle. i actually stopped in side road to make a phone call for around 10mins and didn't get out of the car. On the ticket it mentioned that the video camera automatically sent the ticket. I don't know much about the rule with video camera and even if i'm inside the car, they can still issue a ticket. Can you pls advise if i should appeal and the chance of being successful if i appeal. any suggestion is welcome.
