I've had numerous problems with British Gas since early Novemeber 2008. From then to late January I phoned them 5 times and got nowhere, the operator would promise to solve my problem and nothing would ever happen. Since then I have wrote to the compliants department and head of compliants Andrew Eley, yet still they have no responded or invesigated my compliant. Imagine my frustration my I recieve my bill with tele messaging charge £14 on!! I'm guessing they wouldnt pay me if I invoiced them for all my telephone calls, letters, stamps etc!!!
