Hi all, my brother has about $25,000 in debt with the IRS and has no hint how he’s going to disburse it. Over half of the debt is in penalty and interest already. He’s only social security disability and don't have much income from that. The IRS is currently garnishing 20% of his profits. My brother don't have any property he could settle to pay. He’s not really sure what to do. Any ideas and information about taxback is very much welcome. Thanks for your advise.
