Hi there, I do hope that you can assit me. I recieved a letter from Mortimer Clarke Solicitors acting on behalf of Marlin. They say that I have an outstanding debt to 'credit acceptance' of £7155.52. I took a car out on Hire purchase 7 years ago from credit acceptance. I fell into financial difficulties, as a result of this the company came and took the car back from me. I did not hear anything from them until now. Can you advise me as to what I can do, because this does not make any sense to me. Kind regards Joshua
